Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms & Conditions are between you and Navette FX (the "Seller", "we", "us"), operator of the navetteFX website and membership service (the "Service"). By accessing or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The Service
navetteFX is an educational terminal for day traders: live and delayed market data, gold-focused analysis, macro calendars (CPI, FOMC, NFP), guides on prop firms and brokers, a blog with member discussion, and a members' desk with alerts and journals. All content is educational commentary only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or a signal service. Trading decisions are entirely your own responsibility.
3. Acceptable use — no misuse
You must not misuse the Service. That includes, without limitation:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
- Fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive conduct of any kind.
- Infringing intellectual-property rights of Navette FX or third parties.
- Interfering with the security or operation of the Service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the Service at scale without written permission.
- Sharing your account credentials or reselling access to member content.
- Reverse engineering the Service or circumventing technical limits or paywalls.
4. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
5. Intellectual property
Navette FX retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property — including the software, design, branding, documentation, articles, and analysis. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service within your selected plan. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service.
If you post content in discussions (comments, forum posts), you grant Navette FX a limited licence to host and display that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for what you post and must have the rights to it.
6. Payments, billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Membership renews automatically at the selected interval (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
7. Service level
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free performance, and market data may be delayed or inaccurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our acceptable-use rules. When access ends, your right to use the Service stops immediately; we may delete account data after a reasonable retention window.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Navette FX is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
10. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Questions about these Terms: desk@navettefx.com.
